Target is one of my favorite store for Halloween shopping.
Domo is actually a character from a Japanese cartoon.Within the last year he has become really popular in the US. Urban Outfitters carries toys of him,ect.Kevin found out about him a while ago and we've both been obsessed...I guess Target thought to use him as a "mascot" for Halloween.He is just really cute and addicting; you can find some of the cartoon videos on youtube, although they are mostly in Japanese
